Executive Assistant

The ability to interact with staff in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Customer Service Representative

In this position you will have phone and e-mail communication with customers and partnered attorneys. You will assist customers in creating online legal documents - mainly Last Will and Testaments and Living Trusts.

• You must first have great customer service skills; speak well, excellent listening skills, and able to work through problems on the phone.
• Computer skills; especially Web sites, email and Office applications.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a face-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience working in the legal field is a plus.

Web Programmer

Your primary responsibilities will be programming and design of the MyWillPros.com website, administration of the webservers, mail servers, and other technology used to provide the best online wills.

• Programming in PHP language preferably on Unix or Linux
• Prefer those who have worked with Javascript, Ajax and Web 2.0 technologies
• Design of web components using Adobe tools
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Communicate well with management
• Able to manage workload in a timely manner and prioritize your own work
• Working with Flash and other technologies is a plus
