Q. What is my involvement with MyWillpros.com if I do sign on as an attorney?

A. First of all, you do not represent our company. You remain a private contractor for a private client. We refer our customers to you, at which point they become exclusively your client. Your clients will have already been provided with, and completed legal forms from our company. Simultaneously with our furnishing the finished, non-editable documents to our customer, editable documents are also placed on your "Attorney Portal" page on our server. By a simple contractual arrangement with our company you are to contact the client within two business days by a means in which your client will specify. You will then set up an appointment with your client to go over their documents within a reasonable time to answer any questions and to make any changes to the documents. Finally, you will help your client with the execution of their documents. Once the documents are edited and executed to your as well as the client's satisfaction, you will simply upload a copy of the finished document onto your portal and will be given credit for the completion of your work.

Q. What is my liability to the client?

A. The client is your client, you are examining the form so that it satisfies the legal requirements of your state and your liability would be exactly the same if you procured the client on your own.

Q. Do I have any liability to your company?

A. You have no financial liability to our company. Your main responsibility to our company is that you check your email at least once every day, that you contact your proposed new client within two business days to discuss the forms with him. You will also need to make certain that you inform MyWillPros.com when you are unavailable for new clients by checking the "unavailable" box on the attorney portal.

Q. Do I have to meet personally with the client?

A. No. The client chooses whether he or she discusses the documents with you in person, on the phone, or if you have the ability, by way of webcam. You, of course, can have a hand in making this decision with your client.

Q. What does it cost me for the referral?

A. It costs you nothing. Unlike referral agencies that promise you clients for a fee paid by you, our company pays you a fee for contacting your client and reviewing the documents with them.

Q. How many clients can I expect on a weekly basis?

A. Obviously, the answer to that question depends upon the number of customers purchasing our product in your area, however, we would limit the amount to 20 new clients per week unless you decide that you can handle more.

Q. How much time am I expected to spend with the client?

A. That is totally up to you and the needs of the client. Remember the client is your client, not ours.

Q. How much am I paid?

A. The amount that you are paid from MyWillPros.com is $40.00 per client, however the more important payment is in the form of your meeting up to 20 new potential and future clients on a weekly basis. Keep in mind that these clients who are most likely internet savvy and would have otherwise created their documents online, thereby excluding an attorney altogether. So, while you may be paid as much as $41,600 a year for your work, the true value is in the building of your practice.

Q. What if the client needs additional legal work to be performed, for example, the funding of a living trust with real estate?

A. Remember the client is your client, any additional fees that are incurred would be pursuant to agreement between you and your new client in accordance with your own fee schedule.

Q. How do I get paid?

A. You will be paid by electronic transfer on a monthly basis into the account that you specify. You will be paid based on the amount of finished documents that you upload to the portal by the end of each month. We will be paying you as a contractor and therefore there are no taxes taken out of your pay.

Q. Are we dealing with complex forms?

A. No, the forms will be relatively simple wills, revocable trusts, health care directives, and power of attorneys. Again, the forms will be filled out entirely prior to your involvement. You merely need to make sure your client understands the document, that their wishes are met, and that the document is executed properly.

Q. If I have any questions regarding MyWillPros.com or the workings of the computer or the site, is their someone that I can call?

A. Our company has a service line available from 9am to 5pm EST. The toll-free number is 1-877-9-will-99. If there is not a live attorney support representative available to take your call, please leave a detailed message and a representative will get back to you promptly.

Q. What if I no longer want to continue doing business with your company?

A. You simply need to give us 30 days written notice of such fact and the relationship with our company will be terminated after that 30 days.

Q. What if I determine for some reason the form of the documents provided to me by you are legally insufficient?

A. Remember, we do expect you to raise any issues as to legal sufficiency to us. We are not lawyers, but simply legal stationers. If there is an insufficiency with our forms, please bring the problem to our attention and we will resolve it immediately.

Q. Does your company store the documents?

A. While we do store the documents on our server, they are not signed legal documents. We only store the documents that you upload for book-keeping reasons. We encourage the customer to file the documents with you for safe-keeping.

Q. What if I lose the document from my computer after downloading it.

A. Each "working document" will be available on your portal page until you upload a finished version of that document.
